When I got home today package was waiting for me. I was ecstatic! I was jumping up and down thinking it was my Mac Book Pro. It wasn’t. It was the case I had ordered for the Mac Book Pro. And thanks to the makers they left A nice cardboard cut out of the MBP for me to stare at till next Friday, when Apple says I’ll get my MBP.

Well I was at the 5th Avenue Apple Store and was looking around and noticed they had 120 gig G drive mini external hard drives for sale and there was one left. So I bought it. I personally think this is a cool device. One it looks cool. Two its small. I use this instead of a jump or flash drive. I have it tucked away in a small compartment in my back pack with a 4 foot USB extension cable connected to it.
Over all I like it.

Samsung Q1 Ultra

While I was in NYC i visited the Samsung experience in Columbus Square. If you don’t know what the Samsung Experience is it is basically the largest and most expensive advertising area I have ever seen. It is a 20k square foot showcase of all the Samsung products with a staff of about 2o. Now this “experience” is on a nice piece of real estate and must be really expensive to keep up. But thats besides the point. While I was in there I saw a the Samsung Q1 Ultra sitting in the corner. I walked over to it and I was in an instant state of geekness. I played around with it for about 45 minutes. Its really a cool device but it could be better. First thing I found hard was using the Dial Keys to type. The whole way they where set up was weird. The actual physical keyboard is ok but is also weird to use. The touch screen is also inacurate when you poke at it with a finger.
All in all it was pretty cool to use.
